These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Ali Baksh Painting. By accepting a quote or hiring our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Ali Baksh Painting provides residential and commercial painting and staining services based on the scope of work outlined in each written estimate. All quotes are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. If additional work is required due to unforeseen circumstances such as hidden damage, surface deterioration, or structural issues, adjustments to pricing and timelines may be necessary and will be communicated to the client before proceeding.
Quotes are typically valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required to secure your project in our schedule, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Failure to make payment on time may result in additional fees or delays in service.
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen project complexities. We will make every reasonable effort to communicate any delays and complete the project as efficiently as possible.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that work areas are accessible and prepared prior to the start of the project. This includes removing personal belongings, ensuring pets are secured, and providing safe access to all necessary areas. Ali Baksh Painting is not responsible for damage to items that have not been properly cleared from the workspace.
Any additional work requested outside of the original agreed scope must be approved by the client and may result in additional charges. These changes will be documented and communicated clearly before any extra work begins.
While we take great care in preparing and completing all projects to a high standard, Ali Baksh Painting is not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing conditions, such as rotting wood, structural defects, or previous improper workmanship. Any warranties offered apply only to workmanship and do not cover normal wear and tear, environmental damage, or issues beyond our control.
By engaging our services, you agree to receive communications from us via phone, email, or text regarding your project. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
